Each step exists to answer one question honestly before you spend real money on the next. Most businesses should stop after the first or second. Some should buy nothing at all.
Step 01 / Free
Discovery call
Free
15 minutes, one phone call
You keep hearing you should be using AI, and you can’t tell how much of that applies to your shop.
You describe what’s slow, expensive, or repetitive. I ask a few questions. You get a straight read: worth pursuing, not worth it, or not yet.
An honest yes, no, or not yet
No slides, no pitch, no follow-up sequence
Step 02 / First 10 clients
Founding consult
$25standard $100
30 minutes, one problem
One thing in your business eats hours every week, and you want a real answer on whether it can be fixed and what a fix would cost.
We take that one problem apart properly: what a fix looks like, what it would cost, and what to skip. The recommendation is whichever is honestly best. Sometimes that’s a tool I build for you. Often it’s an off-the-shelf AI tool or SaaS product you can go get yourself.
A one-page written summary you keep
A cost range for the fix
A straight recommendation: something I build, something you go buy, or neither
Step 03 / Quoted flat
Fixed-price build
Quoted flat
Scoped per project
You know what needs building, and you want one person to build it without an hourly meter running.
I scope it, quote one number, and build it myself. If the scope changes, we agree on the new number first. When it’s done it’s yours: accounts in your name, no lock-in.
A working tool in your business
A flat price agreed before work starts
Optional care plan after handoff, $25 to $50 a month
And sometimes the answer is none of these.
Plenty of problems don’t need AI. A missed-call problem needs a better phone process. A pricing problem might need a spreadsheet and an afternoon. When that’s the honest answer, you’ll get it, along with a pointer at the cheaper fix. It costs you nothing, or $25, to hear it.
Not sure which one you need?
That’s what the free call is for. Fifteen minutes, one phone call, and you’ll know. Prices for anything past that are on the home page and quoted flat before any work starts.
